In 2025, Recovery Opportunity Collective (ROC) became the host of The Gathering—an event lovingly built for years by motivated, dedicated leaders in the Tallahassee community. As Tallahassee’s grassroots, peer-run recovery organization, it felt natural for ROC to carry the torch.
Going forward, The Gathering will be an annual celebration and awards ceremony honoring the hard work of professional peers and our community ROC Stars.
This year’s theme, Recovery Rising, highlighted our continued journeys in recovery, the power of our stories, and the clear message that our recovery community—and this peer conference—is here to stay and grow.
